Bought a single-family home in 2022 in Keystone, CO.

My wife and I first met George Friou in June 2021. We contacted him after searching for a broker in Summit County, Colorado. It became immediately clear that finding a home in the mountains would be a significant challenge.

From the very beginning, George remained confident and helped us understand better all the factors at play. The market in this area is exceptionally competitive and having the right agent working with you is decisive.

George showed us many excellent properties in the Breckenridge area, where we were initially interested, but most importantly, he showed us some other at Keystone. He provided us with sound reasons to consider more than one location. And that proved to be the best strategy.

We were gratefully surprised to learn that his diligence and dedication went way beyond the moment when we finally signed the contract. He remained working with us throughout the tiresome stage of securing financing, and his invaluable advice helped us assess all available options calmly and rationally.

Additionally, he helped us ensure that the property was conveyed with all the appliances, hardware items, and installations as agreed upon with the seller.

George went beyond his duties with integrity, honesty, and care. Therefore, we definitely recommend his services.

He clearly envisioned the potential and value of the property, devised a plan, and with quality building materials and workmanship, successfully sold the home.
