Hot housing markets, such as Summit County, are being referred to as a growing trend known as “Zoom towns”. Zoom towns are booming real estate markets where prices and demand are soaring from the rising popularity of remote working options. The ability for some people to more easily escape urban areas in favor of more remote destinations amidst the pandemic has Summit County seeing its hottest real estate market in years!
